RETURN POLICY

At Rising star trading we value our quality and goods condition at all times and believe in providing your request on time safely. Although items which purchased can be found faulty or damaged, our company will accept the request and evaluate the seriousness of the issue. 

Items shipped from Rising Star trading can be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase. Some products have different policies or requirement associated with them. 

Rising star trading will verify the returned products and evaluate the condition before providing a refund for the purchase. If the product is misused, has missing parts and unsellable, we will not grant a refund.

Any returns claimed under damage goods due to misuse will not accepted for refund or exchange. 

For a return, Rising star requests a receipt or proof of purchase such as an invoice/ website reference number for verification purposes. 

REFUND

Refund may vary according to the condition of the product returned. 

In order to check your request customers can see the status of the item returned in “Your Orders”. 

If your refund is not showing as refunded in Your Account, and the processing time for your payment method has passed, Contact us for further assistance.

In the event that your refund shows as discounted in Your Account, and the standard time period as referenced above has passed and you have still not got the discount, it would be ideal if you contact your bank for more information. 

EXCHANGE POLICY

Rising star trading accepts exchanges only if the product is in its original packing and in warranty. 

In the event that under any conditions you no longer require your item, or you have requested a wrong item accidentally we will offer a full discount or trade within 7 days of purchase if the product is returned to us in its unique condition and packaging. Then, we can organize our couriers to collect from you, nonetheless, dispatch charges might be applied for this administration.

 

Cancellation 

Cancellation is applicable if order is cancelled within 24 hours or before the dispatch of goods whichever is earlier. After the confirmation of cancellation of order, we will process the request for refund which will take approximately 15 working days depending on your Bank’s Policy.
